These Terms apply to StudentWala (https://school.studentwala.in), this website (https://studentwala.in), and related services from Alpha Softwares. By using the Services, you agree on behalf of yourself and your school. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. We may update these Terms on this page; continued use means you accept the updated version.

StudentWala is for schools and authorised staff (18+). Schools are responsible for lawful collection of student and parent data and for permissions inside the app.

• Keep registration details accurate and passwords secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your school account.
• We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment of agreed paid add-ons.

Core modules are free as described on https://studentwala.in, including unlimited students free for a lifetime. Marketplace or optional features may be paid; pricing is confirmed before you buy. GST and taxes apply where required.

You own school data you enter. You give us permission to host and process it only to run the Services (including WhatsApp or SMS you enable). Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not allowed to hold. Export important records using available tools before closing an account.

You must not hack, scrape, spam, impersonate others, resell the platform without permission, or break WhatsApp, SMS, or payment rules. You must follow applicable school and Indian laws.

Services are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every report meets your board rules without your verification. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for paid services in that period or INR 10,000 for free-only use, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
